Absolutely horrible user experience. The most obviously annoying feature is that we cannot navigate back to the home page because if you click back twice it logs out. Even if you switch apps, it logs out. Then, there are features, for eg: opening a Demat account, which are not available through navigation information provided online. One can search for it through the menu but it leads to an unavailable webpage. There's no intuitive means to go back to the homepage. Logout and login only

Applied for mobile number change ages ago. Still waiting to get it changed. The app shows mobile number can be changed very quickly and on offline. It's been days waiting it to be changed to add a beneficiary and to make a transaction. I'm using a bank app in Europe which is very handy. A bank app should be handy and easy to handle. Though it shows so many security guard, screen shots can be taken easily 🤣

The app overall is fine but there are many bugs. For instance I use Realme C3 phone and when try to transfer money via Wifi it shows poor wifi even with 20Mbps speed(this happens everytime I check). That is a serious bug and I had to mobile data. Please look into this issue .Otherwise the experience was fine..:)
