Never had a bad experience. Already used this service 5 times with different providers. All providers were super friendly and incredibly polite, not to mention very productive and got the job done with no issues. In addition there are numerous promo codes offered, so price is very reasonable. Could not give a higher recommendation for this service.

This is a review of my experience with a technician that I got from Seekster. My AC was not blowing cold air, so I selected that option posted on the app. When the technician came, they told me that several parts needed to be replaced including refilling the coolant, and quoted me 2800. I did not trust them and brought in another technician the next day. He replaced one part for 1000 and fixed the problem. From this experience, its ardh to trust others from Seekster in the future.

Slowwwww and not user friendly. Did the payment. Already changed my credit card but the app still "on process". Have to close the app and open again to see that the payment has gone through. Cannot review any service providers. And the admin of this company is super slow too.
