Ratings and reviews

Love the store, and having an app is great. It can be difficult to navigate as there is no clear way to search for items currently; you have to scroll through "collections" instead, which can have hundreds of items. When I need to do serious looking, I just use the desktop browser instead.

love the clothing; my rating is for app quality which is lackluster. no filter options. no search option. it won't even let me view the entirety of mens clothing without selecting a department or style, which limits the viewing of their catalog. again, I love the clothing, but the app definitely needs an upgrade / to be modernized.

HORRIBLE!! I can't look at product reviews. You can't change the color for the product - each color is listed separately. Can't complete transaction - after I enter my credit card number and click add payment, there is a box that is auto-checked that says billing address is same as shipping address (shipping address is at the top and is correct), and when I click submit order, I receive an error message that says to enter billing address and then it removes my payment. So, can't buy anything.
