I never even got to order anything myself. My fiance ordered me a gift from them but I have downloaded the app 3 times and it won't load, always freezes with a "check your internet connection" disappointing

All was well until I tried to use my points. It ate my points, but gives an error and using the generated code in the discount slot doesn't work.
