Learn GRE vocabulary quickly and actually have fun doing it with my cartoon flashcards! I bet this app will make you smile or laugh at least once.
My name is Vince Kotchian, and I've been a GRE prep tutor since 2008. I've created several apps, books, and courses, and I teach both independently and on Gregmat. In this app, I've created flashcards for over 1300 GRE words and 160 word roots. Each vocab flashcard has a silly cartoon, a clear definition of the word with an example sentence, and a memorable mnemonic to make it easier to remember the word.
Here's a mnemonic example so you know what I'm talking about: "prodigal" means "wasteful". The prodigal Prada gal spent $1500 on a pair of Prada boots. Get it? :)
The app's smart spaced repetition system shows you words when you need to review them to make your GRE vocabulary studying more efficient and effective. There's also a streak feature to help keep you motivated to use the app consistently. Download it today and start improving your GRE verbal score!

A very thoughtfully designed app. The images and catch phrases inculcate their definition. Few of them did crack me up such as the one for 'estranged'. Thoroughly enjoyed memorizing almost 1.4k words. However, I would like to bring to notice that there have been quite a few additions to the GRE vocabulary. Because I had the test recently and was flummoxed by so many unknown words. Obviously, it is not possible to remember each and every word in the dictionary, so better leave it to luck.

hey Joydip! Thanks, and glad you liked the app and my sense of humor! Your comment about recent additions to GRE vocabulary makes it seem like some people know which words will be tested. However, no one does. The best we can do is study words that have appeared in the past as well as any words we encounter when reading that we don't know.

This is a great app. The illustrations and mnemonics make me super easy to remember the words. However, there are some errors in the content. Eg., the word 'immutable' is a noun, and there are many verbs in their past form... i hope it will be fixed soon.

hi Hee, thanks for the review. We fix errors once we find them, so thanks for pointing out that immutable is not a noun :) Verbs in their past form aren't errors - those are on purpose and should still help learn the word in its present form.

Great app for visualizing and remembering the words! Definitely makes it easier to learn when there's a example given in the sentence.Is there a way to know the entire word list? I can remove a word, mark it as correct or incorrect, but is there a feature to search for a particular word. That would be really helpful!

Hi Kalindi, yes! Go to menu -> review cards. There, you'll see an option for all, as well as a search icon. Glad you're enjoying the app so far!
