Ratings and reviews

This app has totally lost its functionality since last more than a month I believe. Not able to login, the OTP never arrives. Strangely I saw many users reported the same issue, and app had undergone 2-3 updates in previous month after it, but the issue remains unsolved. I don't understand how is a bug like this not caught up during QA? If it's skipped somehow, still couldn't fix it in more than a month with multiple users reporting it? Doing great then

Better than the Pizza Hut app definitely but lacks 1 feature, which is automatically updating the location whenever I open the app. I've to change the location everytime I'm in a different location. Ended up making wrong (location) orders for this several times.

If you guys don't have capacity to accomodate large number of orders don't accept it or just display the delay in delivery so that customers will order from others. Never going to order from Dominos. No body is going to answer you in case of any issue. Bad customer support. My order was marked as out for delivery but was not picked from store itself. If you call to customer care they will send a link to chat which will have standard options. No interactive messaging is available.
