So frustrating! I downloaded the app to view class schedules and sign up for them. And the latter part does not work. I keep getting prompted to make an account, then asked to verify my email. When I get the email, I have a code to verify, and the app insists that I have to push a button in the email saying "verify my email." It's a circle jerk of emails and pop up messages. I just want to do water aerobics! Not user friendly at all.
Hey Jessica, I apologize for the frustration! I looked into it & I see our last update never made it live. I just pushed the update again, it might take a bit of time to get approved onto the store but once you get the update you should be able to sign up for your class! Please revise your review once it's working for you! Support@fitdegree.com

This app never works! I have been trying to check into classes all week but it just opens to an update that never loads. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app three time today, and it will not work.

Hey Megan, I apologize for the bad experience.. we've since fixed this problem but if you're still experiencing it you may need to clear your apps data to forget about the old version:
Open Settings on your phone ... Apps & Notifications ...App Info ... UW Campus Rec ... Storage ... Clear Data and also Clear Cache ... Reboot the app

Great customer service and the app works great now. Would be 5-stars if the app didn't require troubleshooting in the beginning.
