Hopeless! Though my network as other apps are functioning fine, this virus transmission can't even open nor get anywhere in-app. If there was anything below 0 rating, I'd say 0.0000 even nothing at all. Support team still suggested I had network issue and it was beyond them that I couldn't complete the offer I was willing to do.. too bad. Moving on.
