I would love to give this a 5 Star review but as of lately the app will not even open. I submitted an Email but didn't have the option to include a picture, which needs to be done in alot of instances,. I hope someone reads these reviews, and fixes the issues. Many of us love this town & care what is going on & how it looks, etc. But when the ppl that are suppose to take care of it don't care, what are we suppose to do? Should we all just call the Mayors office?

I couldn't get past picking a location/address for my issue. How to reproduce: Go to the map for picking your address. Center the pin on your address. Now what? Clicking the checkmark does nothing. Clicking back takes you to the list of issues, effectively erasing your address.

I am trying to report a car parked in front of a fire hydrant, and the app is saying that the location is outside of the service district. Update: app crashes on launch Update: app will literally not even open, crashes on launch. Update; app will open but freezes on infinite loading screen. Edit: does not load or open on Android phone. Cannot report illegal activity. Update: app still will not open, continue to be unable to report illegal activity. The app still will not launch.
