After saying welcome _______ it makes me authenticate after I enter the code it just loads then it says I may not be connected to the internet or there is something on their end and to try again 2 days now...bad app!

I cannot access my account at all. First,I've had to change my password more than 3 times,but then it keeps crashing

I have tried 3x to download the app. I initially get the Medico icon & then nothing! A blank, white screen.
