Very inefficient. Now it doesn't allow photos of bills/eobs that are in color (says they are too big of a file) so you have to convert to black and white before uploading. It consistently puts you into a loop after submitting a claim, that you can't actually get back to the home screen to logout or so other things. The back button after submitting claim just closes the app window, over and over again, taking you to home of phone. Also, when submitting a claim, you consistently have to hit submit more than once after it gives you error messages (even though there is no error and all info has already been input into the form). Very disappointing. 18 months ago I have this app 5 stars and it worked like a charm. It has seriously declined in it's performance. Not a good representation of American Fidelity, at all. It has become almost too cumbersome and perhaps doesn't warrant having the policies with American Fidelity. Will consider canceling at the end of this insurance period.

Update: Still clunky and now there's a file size limit on the receipt upload! I can't set my camera resolution low enough for the file to be acceptably small. I have to photo at a low resolution, then crop the image and hope that it's small enough. Took me 10 minutes to submit one receipt. Now down to one star because the app is really not even functional any more. Clunky. I use it for flexible spending account reimbursement submittals. Multiple issues. There is a check box on the form that it takes at least three tries to get to fill. It takes consistently three taps to submit. And then there is the problem that I see that other people have noted, which is that when you open load a photo, Google Smart Lock apparently does something, and the app pops me back to the main screen. Fortunately, when I retap the button to file a flexible spending claim, I am returned to the Forum in the same condition that I left it, and I can complete the submittal. Also, When selecting dates, the date picker pops up, but so does the keyboard, partially obscuring the date picker. Really, it would be easier to just type the date then to have to wrestle with overlapping UI elements.

The app used to work, but now just turns into a gray and white screen with no way to log in when I open it. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it twice in the past couple of days. Edited to add: It's now been several months since my initial review and I've had to uninstall/reinstall more times than I can count--almost every single time that I've used it. It works fine upon reinstall, but then the next time I go to use it, the gray and white frozen screen is back. Very frustrating!
