I had zero issues setting up all 4 of my indoor units. All the functions work and it's awesome to be able to control everything even when you're away home. However, there are some things the app can improve that would get it the remaining two stars: 1.) Get Alexa compatible!!! 2.) Ability to set the temp/mode of multiple zones at once. Going into each zone, waiting for it to load, and setting temp/mode for each individual zone is a fools game! 3.) Again, GET ALEXA COMPATIBLE!!!

Useless can't connect, doesn't scan QR Got 2 Senville systems, a 36k BTU 4 head and a 18K BTU 1 head I chose this system because of the seer and the option to connect with Wi-Fi to control the entire house remotely Well the system works but the Wi-Fi dongle never worked and I can't even set up with the app at all I installed the system a year ago and still can't connect any of the 5 heads, It just simply doesn't scan the QR and I'm stuck, with no solution

Getting stuck on second step of connecting. The app completes the first step fine, then gets to 99% on second step and gives me the error "connect device AP timeout" Tried multiple times, reset everything, cannot move past this point. This sounds like a helpful feature if I can get it to work.
