It hangs alot. Sometimes, you don't know if the transfer is done or not. It shows that the transaction is not done then you find it is done. Sometimes, it does not show the account balance when needed to make payment. It is not reliable one. It needs a plenty of enhancement and optimization to reach the others' bank mobile app.

Pathetic application experience. Very slow response. App logout automatically if u switch between apps or if the screen turns off. You have to authenticate every time when logging in from the browser. Gets call for authentication, have to confirm login request, put ATM card no and Pin, the Pin or OTP that's Pathetic to login. Overall, it was very disgusting and time-consuming in application and browser usage.

I tried to download this new application (ANB) and for the last two months & couldn't login with my credentials till date. Each time I try to login, the App says my credentials are wrong and displays a Warning that after third wrong attempt my account will be blocked. I have phoned the Customer Agent and each time they raise a Ticket and I'm getting told that this will be resolved in next 24hrs. Just fed up with this! However I'm able to login to ANB MOBILE APP and no issue in Logging In!
