After several months subscribing, they tripled the price without so much as an email asking my permission, or at least letting me know in advance. All my prospective clients still call to schedule so this app never added any value. Moreover, the app is not user friendly at all. Trying to cancel requires multiple phone calls, multiple emails, because they've gone out of their way to bury the billing area of their website. This must be intentional. They never answer their phone even though they promise 24/7 service. Finding an online chat function is no easier than finding the cancel function. I do not recommend this app at all. EDIT: After several weeks, they still refuse to cancel my account. Avoid these racists!

Our salon has used appointy for 5yrs. All in all it is a great program for the price. There are only 2 of us, so answering the phone is an issue. Our clients love the ease and convenience of booking on line. I also like that we can access it on out laptops and out phones. I would definitely recommend appointy to small business owners.

The app has potential. It has been a month since I signed the app for my business. There are serious issues. Listing some of them below: 1. Billing from the mobile app is a concern, doesnt settle the tax portion. 2. Sales report is absolute gibberish. The monthly sales report doesnot distinguish between sales and sales return. 3. Use the customized field for the sales report and it doubles your sales figure. 4. Poor service- will check and get back//will have it sorted in the new version
