This app is WORTHLESS. Don't waste the space on your phone. All I want to do is pay my bill. The City of Tucson should be ashamed of themselves. All the other utility companies have beautifully set up apps which are EASY to use and BAM your bill is paid. What's going on City of Tucson? Can't you find someone with some brains able to program an easy app for bill pay? Let's get with the program and make your customers HAPPY!!!

Works GREAT to report graffiti. GPS and camera functions work well. It takes literally about a minute to report graffiti. Some users gave this app a low rating for "paying utility bills" - it's ONLY for reporting graffiti. Not the most modern user interface, but totally functional.

No option for bill pay, account info and rest does nothing. The only options are to report graffiti or request service. What service (s) are not expressed.

What's new

Version 2 features an Updated UI, and several performance enhancements, and fixes a bug causing some Verizon Wireless users to receive an error when uploading requests.
