When working it's pretty good but lately crashing a lot. This an update a year after my original review. For the last month thisapp has neen totally dysfunctional. The e-newspaper won't work....it says I'm logged in but says the content is exclusive for members. I am a full weekly subscriber for years. I have conacted support multiple times with no help. Sometimes if I delete and reinstall the app and then restart my phone, then log out and log back in it will work. But the next day it doesn

App insists I'm not logged in when I am, won't show subscriber-only content when I'm a subscriber. You can't cancel your subscription, can't delete your credit card, and support option sends an email to an account that doesn't exist. Offshore phone support is useless, had no idea how to fix any issue and said they'd have someone call me back, which never happened. Also, be advised that if you do sign up for a paper subscription and later cancel it that they will hound you endlessly.

Just got my refund. I regret overlooking the long list of poor reviews here before subscribing. The Play store took my money without a hitch, but no welcome email or anything from MCall. On the app, it was as if I had never subscribed. An inferior experience to any other publication. It's sad to see MCall deteriorate over the years. Their last chance to retain readership starts with a reliable app. Sadly, they are failing miserably.
