FREE AND SECURE APPLICATION:
The first connection to the application is made using your usual access codes to the Remote Banking channels (username + password).

Crédit Mutuel du Sud Ouest suggests that you register your mobile as a “trusted terminal”. This registration will allow you to increase the security level of your application. Once your mobile has been registered, simply log in to the application using your fingerprint (2) or FaceID (if your mobile is compatible and registered as a "trusted terminal") or a 5-digit code that you have chosen . Thus, you benefit from additional remote banking services.

(2) Connection to our application using your fingerprint is possible thanks to the technology offered by your Smartphone, if it is equipped with a fingerprint sensor, and after activating the functionality. Crédit Mutuel du Sud Ouest does not keep your fingerprint, it remains stored in the memory of your Smartphone.

Ratings and reviews

The app just bugged for no reason and deleted my login. When I tried to login again, it says I cannot and that I should remove the trusted device on your website. When I follow the instructions I get on the app, I cannot find anywhere this option to remove the trusted device. I can only rename it. And all of this means that I cannot create virtual cards, access my RIB, transfer money, upload documents. I cannot do ANYTHING on the website because I cannot access the app.

There is often a decallage between 'comptabilise' and 'upcoming' amounts. Usually when a Sunday is involved... it makes it very difficult to know the real balance at any point in time. It even kicked off an alert of one of my accounts going negative one Sunday morning, when in fact the bank confirmed the money didnt actually leave the account until the Monday morning. This should be basic stuff for a bank to control.
