This is the best app to apply already downloaded themes and it works fine in Android 14 also.

I just hope this application can develop further, because I hope the theme I imported will become permanent :) Because it's a hassle if every day I go back and forth to the application almost 30 - 40 times to re-import files....:(

Pretty good, everything is awesome, the only thing that was off is because the theme reverts to the original when you change the wallpaper, but overall, pretty good.
