About this app

Create PDF invoices, manage payments and perform basic accounting with this very intuitive app, that also calculcates VAT-taxation amounts and shows them on the invoice.

Collect payments with your wireless SumUp device directly after creating an invoice and have customers pay with their credit card!

The app covers the entire lifecycle of your billing tasks, including quotations and proposals, shipment lists, invoices and finally credit notes and cancellations.

If you wish to receive payments via PayPal, the app can automatically add a clickable link into your invoice documents that your customers can use to initiate payment.

You can setup various levels of taxation, pricing groups for your articles (such as full price, reduced price, premium price), delivery options with an associated price and also award your customers with discounts.

Use the reporting functions to see how your business is developing, which customers haven't paid their invoices and export your data into convenient CSV files, so you can view and edit them.

You can add your invoice items into an article database so that creating an invoice becomes even faster. Manage your customers and even multiple contacts for that same customer. Also, you have the ability to create text blocks that you use frequently so you can add them into your documents - such as warranty limitations or references to your terms and conditions.

Once you have created an invoice, you can send it from the app directly to your customer.

Manage flexible payment options and organize your accounting based on your specific reporting needs.

To use the app, you do not require an expensive monthly subscription. It's a fee-for-service model for the creation of invoices and other documents - reducing your cost to just a few cents per document.
