It crashes very very often and whenever you try to extend the stay of a visitor's vehicle it crashes.....

Trash app, my apt buidling uses it, but it always kicks out, and you have to look for the code. 6 sure why anybody would use this garbage.

Visitor registration is easy and the notification when they arrive is convenient. Please consider adding a button for residents to press to open the gates for their own entry when the license plate reader does not capture a registered plate. Almost everyone in my complex has to wait at the gate and troubleshoot positioning our car in the exact spot to read the plate with no way of manual entry via the app.
