Crashes and no available tech support!! On hold twice on two different days for a tech for over 40 minutes each time. I suspect an update caused our sudden issues, as I have not changed a thing. Maybe the time change? Wish they would provide the customer service I was promised... And paid for...

Probably written in 2005, never upgraded since. Super basic and buggy

Upgrade to a newer ProConnect recorder and the problems go away
