A common place for everything related to the home to make living as flexible as possible, for you as a tenant or tenant. Here you can take advantage of selected accommodation services, pay rent or fees digitally, report faults, book laundry and communicate with the landlord or board quickly and easily - and much, much more.

That's how it works:
1. Your landlord, property manager or board wants to offer you the service of having a housing app that collects everything related to your housing. They have selected and activated the functions available in the accommodation app for your particular property.
2. As a resident, you get access to the resident app and can log in with a mobile Bank ID.

Less buggy than before but still riddled with adverts. Big big fail that the push notifications does not work in this version and that they don't fix it immediately. Paying rent should be so much easier than this

One of the worst apps I have ever seen. If you want to put error report it's sign out automatically. You need to try several times to submit an error report. In the middle of error report you get sign out again! Alas!

Garbage app, slow, prompts the same verification multiple times in succession when doing payments. Occasionally freezing, in spite of updating and reinstalling.
