About this app

The fact is, there are many weight loss and diet programs that can help you lose weight and get in shape. However, if you are looking for sustainable and healthy weight loss, check out THE PRACTICAL FITNESS COACH. Stavros Mastrogiannis, one of the foremost experts on sustainable weight loss, created this coaching program with one goal in mind. Sustainable and healthy weight loss.

Currently, around 95% of the people who lose weight, regain the weight back. The reason is that most of the weight loss and diet programs on the market today don’t fix the root cause of weight gain.

So, what is the root cause of weight gain? The #1 reason why people gain weight is that there is an imbalance between their healthy and unhealthy behaviors. In other words, in their daily lives, they engage in too many unhealthy behaviors and don’t engage in enough healthy ones. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you must eliminate some of your unhealthy behaviors and introduce some healthy ones to tip the balance.

In his 30-plus years in the weight loss field, Stavros has identified five healthy behaviors that have the most significant impact on people’s weight and health. All healthy regions around the world have these five healthy behaviors in common.

Through a unique and straightforward step-by-step system, you will learn about these five healthy behaviors and how to make them completely routine and part of your everyday life. Also, you will learn how to eliminate any unhealthy behaviors you might have. But remember, you don’t need to remove all your unhealthy behaviors to lose weight and improve your health.

Stavros does not believe in perfection. You can lose weight and significantly improve your health, WITHOUT giving up all your favorite foods OR spending all your free time in the gym.

ABOUT STAVROS
Many weight-loss experts can help you lose weight, but when it comes to sustainable weight loss, Stavros Mastrogiannis is the expert you want to be talking to.

Stavros is a 30-year veteran of the weight loss field, owner of Live Your Way Thin, a personal training and coaching facility in Danbury CT, and he is the founder of The Practical Fitness Coaching.

Fitness was not Stavros first career choice. He graduated from one of the finest schools in Culinary Arts, The Culinary Institute of America. He ended up in the fitness industry almost out of frustration. He felt that fitness professionals did not understand the average person like him. In other words, people who do not like exercising and don't want to give up all his junk food. So, he decided to do something about it, and that is how he ended up in the fitness field.

From the very beginning, it became very obvious to him that there was something seriously wrong with the way the industry was approaching weight loss. Most people were regaining the weight back.
What enabled him to come up with the answer to sustainable weight loss, in significant part was his upbringing. Unlike most other weight loss experts, his position on weight loss, health, and nutrition was not shaped by merely studying in a classroom or through the certification process. In Greece, where he was raised, thin and healthy was the norm, and people in their 90s lived productive lives. That unique life experience gave him an insight into weight loss, nutrition, and health that very few other weight-loss experts have.

Stavros held an ACE (American Council on Exercise) personal training certification for almost 20 years. He has organized many fitness and weight loss events, including the Danbury Weight Loss Challenge in 2004 and he partnered with St. Jude Children’s Hospital for the Get in Shape for 2007 Challenge.
