The Play Store suggested I rate this app. I had forgotten that my BioWaveGo has an app, because it's unnecessary. Everything the app does can be done with the three buttons on the device. I guess it's cool that you can control it with your phone, but it's faster and easier to just press the buttons on the device. If the app could be used to control, customize, or silence all the annoying and unnecessary beeping sounds the device makes, then it would be useful. The BioWaveGo is awesome, BTW.

I used my biowave yesterday, no issue. Today, it appears the app updated, had a new interface etc. Seems this update actually happened awhile ago. Anyway, doesn't work. Keeps ending treatment after 5 seconds or less. Not using the app anymore, seems pointless.

I've had the Biowave for less than a year. After an update in October 22 then app no longer worked with my Google 6 Pro. This was fixed after about three months. There has been another update in February 23, which has completely changed the app, requiring an account with password to be set up. And although I can pair the device with the app, the app itself is not working. Grhhhh! (Update 17th May 2023 - still not working!!!)
