Hard to find what you are looking for, associated apps and webpages do not function correctly

Horribly confusing. Spent the last half hour trying to figure out how to pay for lunches only to find out it has to be done online. This is stupid!

When the app worked, I loved it. I haven't been able to get the app to open for weeks. It always crashes during the loading process. I've submitted feedback several times along with system data to no avail. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and still receive the same results. The app still works on my daughter's phone, so obviously it just doesn't support some systems and softwares and an update with some bug fixes would take care of the problem.
