Understanding how much effort that goes behind AI programming i was patient to see if all the issues would be resolved in a timely manner. However, this is affecting the business so we had to cancel. Issues: app would crash, the 10DLC form was not accepting our information for the past 1month, we are unable to send out important messages(no more follow up text and AI completing the booking, etc), at times it would not show openings when there was.

I've been using the app for my spa for over a year now. The app has its issues frequently. Mindbody is always pretty good at fixing issues and notifying with status updates. Sometimes the issues are secluded and not to the masses. If that occurs, mindbody will take a long time to fix the issues. As of right now the app crashes and everytime I scroll through my queue, live chats, today's chats, etc. The app is very expensive monthly and should not always have the constant problems.

Yesterday I had to un-install the app because it kept stopping & closing when I pulled it up. Same thing again today! UGH! I was not having any issues for the last year until now.
