All locations are furnished with fast, free wi-fi, conference and lounge seating, as well as notepads, pencils, plugs and charging docks. Check the amenities list on your booking to see if the space includes a whiteboard or a TV.

I had over a few thousands dollar worth of credit left from referrals through multiple platforms, accumulated throughout the years. Then suddenly everything disappeared from my account. When I reached out to them, they said that all credits issued prior Jan 1, 2021 are no longer valid. There were no communication sent out, no alert from the app and nothing mentioned on their website. When asked about the legality, they became unresponsive. Sent a follow-up email and still no reply after a month.

The app works great. The spaces have more than doubled in price over the few years they have been up and running in NYC. I now use it for emergencies or big new clients. it is not financial feasible for regular use.

Works great, no bugs so far. Navigation could be a little better within the app. The space are always clean and well maintained.
