Section Photo Report: Redesigned with better usability standards for an excellent experience. It allows you to add the location you want to report and upload up to 3 photos, save your report if you do not have data and try again when you count on connection.

Al ingresar a reportar problemas con el servicio no carga el contenido. Ya lleva bastante tiempo así.

*Claro te Cuida: reporta peligro o emergencia, solicita EPPs y realiza inspecciones pre-operacionales.
*Accede a la app Soy Claro.
MyIT: escala situaciones que necesites resolver con la mesa de ayuda de IT y consultar casos anteriores para conocer su estado.
Foto Reporte: comparte ubicación y guarda reporte sin conexión.
Procesos Automatizados: flujos de procesos administrativos. Mantenimiento en los CAVS.
