I took service twice, first time was ok. Second time the service was absolutely bad... Fixed a new fan, and wiring was changed. But the wiring that was done was incorrect and light stopped working for which I had to pay again. The fan started to make noise which was the reason I got it fixed. When contacted bro4u does not guarantee tehor services after charging a premium. Definitely do not go for this. It's an absolute waste of money.

Pathetic service by the platform. Never pay on the app. Once you pay, and something go wrong, no way to contact the app team. contact number doesnt work, mails are not answered. but some of the service providers are good, so if yoi ever use, pay directly to the service guy after thr service. I used the website to book, but downloaded the app just to give this feedback to everyone, so think about the experience i might have had

Very bad service! I have changed my phone display for which they charged me ₹3500 but after using for 1 week the touch screen was not working, even I was unable to unlock the screen.. later on when I try to contact the customer care, they were no proper number to raise the complain and neither the technical person picking the call.. really disappointed from this app.. it's difficult to trust this kind of application.. Customer care people pls do the needful.
