Can't get past pin screen, I never made a pin, and when I ask for reset nothing happens it just loops and loops? So I cannot use it :(

Just a blank screen. The home page lists all the features but as soon as I click on registers or timetable etc I just get a blank white screen. The profile, messages and announcements screens are also blank. Pretty useless app. UPDATE! Developer response came acr9ss quite rude but they told me the issue was is fixed and to update the app which I have done but it is still showing a blank white screen. I've now uninstall, reinstalled and updated this app more times than I can count.

When actually able to use the app it is very impressive. However for some reason (and I seem a minority in this), if I close the app or don't go on it for 30mins or more when I reopen the app it signs me out and says my session has expired which means I have to log in again which can be time consuming. I've tried deleting cache, data and uninstalled probably 10+ times now but nothing works
