Bromcom's MyChildAtSchool Parent App is designed to increase the parental engagement between Parents and Schools by sharing key information about their children's day to day school information.

This app is full of bugs as can be seen. The developer, bromcom, refuse to aknowledge. Informs the school nobody else has problem but they even don't even get sufficient details to investigate. Errors such as: Msgs disappear No notification. So how are you meant to know they've canceled a club and need to make arrangments. Previously not even any chronological order for msgs. Their main app for schools has continuously caused issues. So dreadful, they don't even list the fixes in updates.

Cant get notifications even though i have set up notifications in app settings. Constantly missing messages. I also get all the same messages for both children even though theyre in different year groups which can be confusing when its messages about trips.

it's a poorly designed user experience. I need to book 10 school dinners which can only be done by paying in advance and either calculating costs or adding roughly right funds. why not just take payment after meals are booked? Also awkward UI needing to constantly dismiss keyboard etc.
