The second I installed it, now I can ONLY print thru it. When I did install it, it refused to show up in my apps on my phone so I constantly have to open the play app search for it and open it from there. It is stupid! Fix it and I will give a better rating! What ever bug you think you just fixed.... wrong! Now I can't even print thru it at all! You do know how to program an app right? Or do I have to debug it FOR YOU!

Unwieldy program that seems to exist mostly to push ink subscriptions for the printer I bought(strike 1). A 182 page PDF can take 2 full minutes to "preview" what other apps do in less than 15 seconds(strike 2), and only after the document is fully "previewed" can you enter the page number of the 1 page you need to print(strike 3). The only useful feature is that after opening the app and closing it, the Brother Print Service Plugin starts to work correctly when printing through Adobe Acrobat.

Strange wifi connection behaviors. Printer wifi set up using the app worked fine. Only issue was printer would go offline occasionally and I'd have do forget machine/new set up to reconnect to wifi. This no longer works. Customer Support says it's because the printer only does 2.4ghz channel and my phone needs to use same (wifi is automatic, pain to switch back and forth). Not clear why something that worked ok for 1+ years no longer does. Quirky app is now useless.
