Terrific experience...it doesn't update latest bus route and books ticket. I tried to contact customer service for refund, after hours of try they picked up the call and told that the refund will be done within a week. It's been a month and I didn't get my refund yet... Wanted to give 0⭐, but couldn't. Not going to use this app ever again...

Worst experience with this app, please never go on with this app. Payment detected and landed up with page can't displayed. However I send them email and tried calling their number.. no such response.. also faced another experience, seats have got booked for the bus timings that don't even exists .. @bus India : Don't even deserve single Star. please improve your service, DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME... Please consider this as deep request from common people.

Very worst experience that I tried to book a ticket but it doesn't show any dropping point at the time of booking. And in the search results it is showing that the ticket is available but when you click it there will be no tickets. Overall there is no option to book a upper berths in setc buses.
