Good app, just one annoying bug/issue: if you fill out a page on a form (e.g. the customs form for a package) and you get to the summary page and notice a correction needed, going back will wipe all the data you've input and you'll need to re-enter it all again. Other than that, good app.

I have not been having the same issues as others in terms of the delivery date. The app makes my life easier. It would be better with a Search function and if the Track screen could show BOTH the tracking number AND description for packages. The barcode scanner has not worked for any of my packages since March 1st. The employees have to enter every number manually and no one has responded to my Feedback through the app. This creates longer lineups and unnecessary work. Peace.

Not great! Sends notifications that do not actually show up in the app. The app lags behind with updates, and doesn't refresh properly. Very annoying! Example: will get notification about a package that's just arrived in some city. When I click on it to go to the app, the latest update is still from the previous city or whatever. Even when I refresh the app, it will not update. The update won't show for hours more.
