Powered by MU Health Care, HEALTHConnect is designed to help individuals and families stay informed, stay educated and take a more active role in their health. Through the HEALTHConnect mobile app, you have real-time, easy access to your latest health care information and the services needed to plan, understand and engage in your care.

After you create your online HEALTHConnect account, simply sign into the mobile app with your username and password. You can also set up Fingerprint to avoid typing your username and password again. Once logged in, you can connect with your care team using the following methods:

• Securely message your provider
• Review lab results
• Request prescription renewals
• Access medical information including your allergies, immunizations, medications, most recent vital signs, and more

Ratings and reviews

When it works, it's great. Sign-in can be problematic, very problematic. After less than a week, app will not let me sign in with proper login, no matter how many times it's entered. Resetting password doesn't work. The only thing I've found that works is deleting the app, re-downloading, then signing in. Then it works, 'til the next time it doesn't.

Since I've had this app it seem like I have to uninstall then re install it every 2-3 times I try to log in. I've gotten so aggravated I've considered not using it all but it's easier to keep track my husband's appointments as well as my own with everything else I have to keep track of. I don't know wht kind of bug it has but it really needs to be fixed.

This app used to work just fine, but a few months ago something changed and I cannot login at all. After entering in username and password the app shows loading for less than a minute then refreshes to the login screen. The HealthConnect portal site itself is a wonderful resource and I hope the app is fixed at some point. In the meantime, skip this download and just use your phone/tablet browser to login directly to the site, that method works just fine.
