No attachments? Message capabilities reduced? I hadn't accessed Investor360 for awhile, but I didn't remember the app being so worthless. Perhaps I went to the trouble to go to the desktop view of their website last time. I'm curious to know if the app was always poor, or if they deliberately made it worse with the latest release. This reflects poorly on Commonwealth.

Not complete for me. The app is not displaying all of my selections, but my financial advisor seems to have. The end user needs to be upgraded so I can send document attachments if needed. My screen will not rotate to horizontal position. Is there anything that can be done to allow me to obtain tax documents? Thats not available either.

Added 2/16/24 I am unable to access the account via notification links. The always fail to log me in. 2/15/24....Basic app with limited features. I am unable to attach docs to be securely sent to my financial advisor as requested. I have to log in to the website, which is a hassle, to use on my phone. The programmers need to use the apps they develop to understand how to make them user friendly.
