From the looks of the reviews this update was a fail .Why why why can't i use this app after your forced updates??? It has biometrics but they don't work after an update. Updates clear passwords saved to phones. So you have to reset everything. Can't log on right after changing everything. If i could go a different way i absolutely would.

I've had this app for almost a year and every time I go to log in it gives me issues. It's slow, it lags and won't load!!! I've had to reset my password SOO many times because it's always wrong??? Now I can't even get into it because there always an "issue" the 'sorry something isn't right' window keeps popping up! WORST APP I have ever had to deal with 10/10 would not recommend wasting space for this app.

Jumping through hoops. Installed update and couldn't log in. Reset password not working. Cannot submit expenses. Way harder than this should ever be. Update, April 2024 - no marked improvement at all. App is still one of my least favorite experiences. Doesn't save frequently entered information, such as dependent name, day care provider, etc. Submitting for reimbursements is a slog. Worse still is the number of useless paper updates they send me. I get 20+ pieces of trash mail a year.
