This year (2023), the app was made functionally useless compared to previous years. The map opened a browser window which required a good connection, which the track did not offer this weekend. So instead of a map preloaded in the app, we had nothing. I can't believe that developers were actually paid to make the new "interactive map". It also was missing key things on the map such as, multiple water locations, multiple food vendors, and the map itself was plagued with bugs. Such a downgrade.

Just installed this. Concert starting in 3 hours. No info whatsoever on this app. No parking, no merch, no times, they don't even have any schedules for anything at all. Utterly useless. If you aren't going to populate the data and only have the app structure setup... don't release it until your ready for it to be customer-ready. It says as long as Bluetooth is on, as I pass things at the venue, I should start getting popup info on stuff. We shall see. I'll update my review later.

Constantly says "Your internet connection appears to be offline" no matter if on network or wifi. Have updated, deleted, reinstalled, reboot phone. Doesn't work. When I sign into the ticketmaster app, it shows my tickets luckily, but what poor integration from the COTA app itself.
