Ummm, how do I set up acct? It only has one option.." login", it doesn't ask if you're new or would like to sign up, only login and did you forget password 🤔

I think that these 2 apps that Saint Petersburg supposedly put out for the citizens of Saint Petersburg is a JOKE!!! THEY DON'T WORK, SO IT MUST BE A JOKE!!!!!
