Recently both, citysend and Mykilgore. Same app, crash immediately to home screen when opening a new request to enter a ticket making this app usless

App will not work on Samsung S24u....I have un-installed twice in hopes it was just a glitch. Unfortunately it just will not work for me. anyone else reported this issue?

tried this on a different phone both samsung. both crash to main screen when opening a new ticket
