UPDATE 2/226/24: STILL HAVING ISSUES. Mobile deposit function still does not work. Every time I try to take a photo of the check, the app crashes and kicks me out to the login screen. I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing helps. My husband also has the app. His mobile deposit does work, but every time he logs in, it asks him to update security questions. Doesn't matter how many times he does it, it will prompt that every time. App needs serious updates.

Mobile deposit function no longer works. The check images don't take or are instantly rejected, and I'm booted out of the app. I've tried all recommended fixes. SCCU knows about this problem; I mean, most recent reviews mention it. I can't believe it hasn't been fixed yet. I'm frustrated to the point of changing credit unions, after being with Space Coast almost 20 years.

I have had this credit union and the mobile app for over 8 yrs .. until these last couple months, I would hae said it couldn't be better.... But I have been having an issue when I try to capture the check front or back side, I get thrown out of the app back to the log in screen. THIS IS NOT CONVENIENT Update: I still cannot deposit a check via the app. This is after calling tech and uninstalling and reinstalling. PLEASE ADDRESS ISSUE
