Ratings and reviews

At first this app was great, with no issues. However, lately only about one out of four times I have sent Bitcoin has been received. It's not a wrong wallet, and they have been confirmed on the blockchain. Since the transactions are irreversible, I have been wasting my money. Customer service is a joke, and never respond. Im just about to uninstall this app because I'm tired of losing money to a worthless Bitcoin app! If I could give negative stars, I would!!

Terrible app and customer service. The app crashes everytime we go to purchase, or it shows a message that something went wrong. Already verified with my bank it's not on their side. I've reached out to customer service x4 which is a voicemail box only and have never received a call back. Bybye app! Update: How is it possible to have a ticket number if your company won't even reach out to me and respond? Doesn't matter anyway I'm using a different app/company that works quite well.

I used to love this app it was easy, helpful and an easy way to get bitcoins to people far away and had used either the app or the website for 2 years. Now you have added so many security checks that you cannot complete any transactions without it timing you out. It sends a phone verification code to your phone then it wants you to reverify you personal pin only to now have it loose everything you were trying to do to have to start over again. Very frustrating.
