Used to work fine, now I can't add my payment info even though I've authorized it 3+ times in my banking app. Try to prebook taxis and a taxi doesn't show up for the time you book! Luckily I book with 10-15 extra minutes for my journey, but almost missed an appointment today because it took 15 minutes to assign a driver. And it didn't even start to assign a driver until the time I had booked a taxi. The app is garbage now, might as well use Uber.

The services it gives are pretty good unless you don't prebook for a trip during rush hour. However, it's the app itself that's so bad to use. Payments often don't work and trying to prebook can prove challenging when you can't set the time you want.

While booking a ride it showed me an estimate of 20.80 which was locked in my account then after 3 days I was charged 29.40. Talked with an operator and all and they said they'll initiate a refund but it has been almost 10 working days and still haven't received my refund. Basically the app scammed me and operators lied about the refund
