This app is intended for use by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) members.
The Absence Management Services app is an easy-to-use platform where you can request, track, and manage your family and medical leaves on-the-go by:
- Reporting your leave time
- Opening a new leave request and initiating the disability process
- Downloading forms and documents associated with your leave
- Checking the status of a leave request or disability claim
- Finding answers to frequently asked questions
- Updating your own leave information
- Working on behalf of your employees (for managers and supervisors)
FMLASource is a separate company that administers absence management services on behalf of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. The Absence Management Services App is created, established and maintained by FMLASource. FMLASource is an independent organization and is solely responsible for the products and services it provides. Usage of the Absence Management Services mobile app may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

The new Absence Management Services app offers all of the same great functionality as our desktop platform, but with a fully redesigned user interface that includes expanded native functionality. These new features, now available in both English and Spanish, provide users with a richer, more streamlined experience for mobile and tablet devices.
