Ratings and reviews

Our building implemented Condo Control a few years ago. It works great! Besides getting on time notices about building issues, it's so easy to submit your own apt issues. It also keeps all notices, newsletters, and forms in one place for easy access. 10 stars!

The app should have an in built document viewer, but no, everything gets downloaded. Notifications are completely missing. App details in Settings show the notifications are turned off by the app and the setting cannot be toggled. Would be good to be able to reuse existing visitors when creating a parking pass, so that you don't have to list out the vehicle details every time. Quality keeps degrading.

You cannot cancel or edit a parking permit once it is in the system. Which means you can't have two different visitors park in the lot at different times of the day within the same 24hrs. GuardaWorld Security office can't do anything about it. I put the wrong vehicle info in once, and there is NO option to correct. I literally had to be standing next to the car to plead with the guard checking the lot at 1am. Infuriating and ridiculous.
