Ratings and reviews

I was struggling to find something that would help me keep track of my guys hours per job better while out in the field, and this has been the perfect solution. It is so automated everyday that you don't have to think about it. At the same time I know exactly where they are for how long, PLUS thier travel time to purchase supplies. It's been great for my not so great at clocking in employees, so now they don't have discrepancies or multiple calls to the bookeeper to fix time. A+ to this app!

I don't think I have ever written a review. After I downloaded the app, I had some small questions to start with. They reached right out with a text and phone calls to help me understand the app. I am still trying to learn the app. I am using it for just myself, in a service business environment. From the customer service standpoint, I would give them a 10!
