Smurf generators take forever to reload and they put out very few items. 20 jewels to refresh the shop is ridiculous, and the shop hardly offer things needed. I will say the rewards for Smurf event are very good, and gives incentive to complete event... but it's so hard to do and I play often and daily. I miss being able to bank energy from events. I used to love this game... Help us out a little 😟 Things I do appreciate: the animation, the organization of tasks, cute story, very minimal ads

I used to love this game, the storyline for each area were fun and the events were so cute and were actually attainable but with the addition of the weekly collect events and how hard it is to get flowers when they come around, the game is just a chore now. And its so much harder to level up past like level 10. I also wish we could the inside of the mansion, rather than just the areas surrounding it.

have been playing for over 2 years now BUT the games lags and freezing is getting ridiculous. I cant even play most days anymore. 90% of the time when i play an ads to open a bubble or extend time on a producer, the ad either crashes the game or freezes so bad that i end up losing the bubble. And still havent sorted out the problem of the game not always saving progress upon shut down, which has been a known bug. going to uninstall if they dont sort out the freezing and lagging issue immediate
