It's very convenient when the roads aren't busy, but when there is slight traffic they cannot keep to an arranged time, regardless of how far you book in advance. When you call up to ask where it is you get told it will be late and there will always be a reason for it. In short, good if you aren't timing a taxi somewhere, if you are, don't bother.

When it came to setting my account up it took ages to load. Kept crashing on me when trying to book a taxi, and when someone did respond to it they didn't move for 10 minutes when they were 4 minutes away from me and when they did move they were moving further away from me. Don't recommend this app at all, waste of time

Took a cab from AB Auctions Chelmsford to Chelmsford station and the driver over charged me £17.30 for ten minutes ride claiming its because its a bank holiday. Whereas when I booked it said the price was £12.90. Not sure would be using this service any longer and do believe cabs prices be consistent irrespective of the period. I live in London and would never see Uber try this otherwise they would loose their licence again.
