they brought back the savings tab which is great. thank you. so that brings it up by one star. now it would be great if the app did not restart the second i navigate away from the app. i go to a different to app to check on something for a few seconds and when i come back to the Costco app it starts at the home page and i have to waste time getting back to where i was

It is so hard to find things on the app. I wish that I could search for a product and THEN it tells me how I can get it. It's also slow to load, so adding to my frustration of searching under the general, then grocery and then same day. We moved to a place that only has Costco for big box stores, and I miss the convenience of the Sam's club app. I really miss the checkout while you shop of the Sam's club app. I also miss the curbside pickup. Now I only go to Costco when I'm desperate.

I was trying to write a positive review for a product, but the app seems to be designed to make it as hard as possible. Even though I am logged in, they require me to manually enter my email, location, costco membership number, purchase date and other stuff that they already know. Date fields are implemented as plain text boxes instead of date pickers. And after I put up with all this BS they say "oops, something went wrong". It's like the app is designed by someone who's never seen other apps.
