To be honest, it seems really difficult to use. 1. You have to repeatedly enter the account details very time you start the app and that was sent to me on an email. 2. You cant see how far through the process you are, and you can't navigate between steps 3. For best results the app says use nfc for passport scanning, but I haven't seen a choice for this - that said I haven't got past taking a photo of the passport...

The Apps says 'ID Document verification and anti-money laundering checks are made quick and easy with our user-friendly mobile app'. None of that is true. At cheapest solicitor rates it cost me at least £500 to complete the inputs. It got stuck in a loop twice, after 10 mins 'loading' from one document I gave up so in all had to restart 3 times. It does not tell you until too late to change that you need a Passport with a chip. No 'Back' buttons to amend/go back. By today's standards RUBBISH

Terrible experience, awful and time wasting UI. Uploading photos was painful beyond belief. Most of the time it would throw up a generic error suggesting I contact support, even though there seems to be no clear way to do this via the app. Why not tell me what the actual problem was so I could try to fix it? Additionally it throws you out at this point so you need to start from scratch. Utterly painful. You've wasted a lot of my time, Credas, please sort this terrible app out.
